Armorite® Exterior Trim – First-Time User Rebate Program

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in Roseburg Forest Product Co.’s (“Roseburg”) Armorite® Exterior Trim First-Time User Rebate Program (“Program”). By submitting a Rebate claim (“Claim”), the Purchaser agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility: The Program is available only to professionally licensed builders, contractors, remodelers, and installers with a valid business tax identification number who purchase Armorite® Exterior Trim for the first time (“Purchaser”). The Program is available only to Purchasers with valid mailing addresses within the United States and is void where restricted or prohibited by law.Homeowners purchasing material for themselves or on behalf of their builder, contractor, remodeler, or installer are not eligible.
2. Program Window: Qualifying purchases must be made between April 1, 2026, and December 31, 2026 (“Program Window”). Purchases made outside the Program Window are not eligible.
3. Qualifying Products: Only Armorite® Exterior Trim 16-foot lengths (“Qualifying Products”) purchased during the Program Window qualify for the Program. Armorite® Exterior Trim 8-foot lengths and all other products are expressly excluded.
4. Rebate Amount: Purchaser will receive a rebate of $3.00 for each qualifying 16-foot trim piece, up to 200 pieces, with a maximum total rebate of $600 per Purchaser (“Rebate”). Multiple rebate submissions are allowed until the maximum total rebate is reached, but all submissions must be made during the Program Window or 60 days thereafter (by March 1, 2027). Purchasers who receive a Rebate for the Program are ineligible from future Armorite® Exterior Trim rebates unless specifically stated. The Rebate is non-transferable, may not be assigned, sold, or exchanged, and may not be combined with any other rebate, discount, or promotional offer unless expressly authorized by Roseburg in writing. For purposes of enforcing eligibility, Roseburg may aggregate Claims submitted by affiliated entities, multiple locations, or entities under common ownership or control, as reasonably determined by Roseburg.
5. Proof of Purchase and Submission Requirements: Each Claim must be supported by a valid commercial sales invoice or receipt that includes the purchase date, invoice or reference number, name of Qualifying Product(s) purchased, quantity of Qualifying Product(s) purchased, and the name of the store where the purchase was made. Each Claim must be submitted within 60 days of purchase via the designated online portal located at: RoseburgRebate.acboffers.com. Late submissions will not be accepted.Submissions by mail or email will not be accepted.
6. Verification and Audit: All Claims are subject to review and verification by Roseburg and/or its third-party administrators (“Administrators”). Administrators reserve the right to request additional documentation and verify information with dealers. Administrators’ determinations regarding eligibility, qualifying quantities, and Rebate Amounts are final and binding.
7. Returns, Cancellations, and Warranty Claims: Except as expressly provided below, purchases that are returned, cancelled, credited, reversed, or not paid in full do not qualify for a Rebate. Roseburg may deny, adjust, offset, or recover Rebate amounts associated with non-qualifying purchases, including through offsets against future Claims. The sole exception is when a Purchaser makes a valid warranty claim under Armorite® Exterior Trim’s Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) for Qualifying Products for which a Claim was approved and paid. This Program does not expand, modify, or otherwise alter Purchaser’s rights or remedies under the Warranty, except as expressly stated in these Terms.
8. Payment & Taxes: Approved Rebates will be issued by Administrators as prepaid Mastercard® gift cards payable to the Purchaser. Administrators are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected Rebate payments after issuance. Purchaser is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, reporting obligations, and any tax identification requirements associated with receipt of a Rebate.
9. Fraud and Abuse: Administrators reserve the right to deny, reduce, reverse, or recover any Rebate if a Claim is incomplete, late, duplicated, altered, illegible, misleading, or associated with suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Program. Fraudulent submissions may result in disqualification from this and future promotions.
10. Limitation of Liability: Administrators’ maximum liability under the Program is limited to the total Rebate Amount payable to the Purchaser under these Terms.
11. Modification or Termination: Roseburg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Governing Law and Disputes: The Program and these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. As a condition of participation, Purchaser agrees that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Program or these Terms must be brought on an individual basis only, and exclusively in the Douglas County Circuit Court for the State of Oregon. Purchaser expressly waives any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.
13. Privacy: Information submitted in connection with a Claim may be used to administer the Program, verify eligibility, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations, and may be shared with Administrators for these purposes, subject to Roseburg’s applicable privacy policies located at: https://www.roseburg.com/privacy-policy/. By participating in the Program, Purchaser consents to receive marketing and promotional emails from Roseburg regarding its products, services, and programs. Purchaser may opt out of such communications at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism included in the emails. Opting out of marketing emails will not affect Rebate eligibility.
